About this Route

Purpose-built MTB trails at the Soetdoring Nature Reserve dam north-west of Bloemfontein. The Soetdoring reserve protects Free State grassland and thornveld along the Modder River. The MTB park features 30 km of marked singletrack and dual-track through the reserve with dam views, game sightings and typical Highveld flora. One of Bloemfontein's most popular weekend MTB destinations, operated by the local MTB club.
