Managing your listings
Edit, renew, boost, and mark as sold from the My Listings tab.
All your listings live under /account → My Listings. From there you can edit, renew, boost, or mark them sold.
Editing
Click any listing card → Edit listing. You can change:
- Title, description, price
- Photos (add new, reorder, delete)
- Condition + specs
Edits go live immediately — no admin review required for basic edits.
Marking as sold
When a deal closes (whether through CrankMart's payment flow or off-platform), mark the listing Sold. This:
- Removes it from search results
- Stops further messages
- Preserves the listing on your profile for buyer reviews
(For listings sold via CrankMart's TradeSafe checkout, this happens automatically when the buyer confirms delivery — coming soon.)
Renewing
Listings auto-expire after 60 days to keep stale inventory out of search. A few days before expiry you'll see a renewal prompt — one click extends another 60 days.
Boosting
A boost moves your listing to the top of category and search results for a fixed period. Boost levels:
- Hot — pinned to category top
- Top — featured on home page
- Premium — both, plus social-media inclusion

Deleting
You can delete a listing at any time before it has an open buyer order. If an order is in-flight (Awaiting payment or later), you'll need to cancel the order first via the buyer's contact channel.
