About this Route

A gravel loop around the Bronkhorstspruit Dam east of Pretoria — one of Gauteng's largest dams and a popular weekend escape. The route follows farm roads and reserve management tracks around the dam perimeter through bushveld and open Highveld. Water bird sightings, fishing spots and quiet farm gates characterise the route. A long, peaceful gravel ride well away from metro traffic.
