There's always something on. Track carnivals in summer, downhill and enduro rounds through the warmer months, road classics in January and February, and gravel and marathon MTB events as autumn rolls in. Whether you're lining up for your first fun ride or chasing points in a state series, the hard part is usually finding out what's on, where and when.

That's what the CrankMart events page is for. Right now it lists close to 90 upcoming cycling events across Australia, in every state and territory, running from this weekend through to mid-2027.

How to find an event on CrankMart

  1. Open the events page. Go to crankmart.com/au/events, or tap Events in the menu.
  2. Search by name or town. Type into the Search events, cities... box. Try "Thredbo", "downhill", "gravel" or your nearest town.
  3. Jump to a month. Use the month strip (Jan to Dec) under the search box to see only the events in that month. Tap All to go back.
  4. Narrow it down with Filters. Tap Filters and choose:
    • Event Type: Race, Sportive, Fun Ride, Social Ride, Training Camp, Expo, Club Event or Charity Ride.
    • State: any state or territory, from New South Wales to the Northern Territory.
    • Month: if you didn't pick one from the strip.

Tap Show to see the results, or Clear all to start again.

  5. Pick a view.
    • List shows event cards with the date, town, state, distance and entry fee.
    • Calendar lays the season out month by month, and you can tap any event to open it.
    • Map puts every event on a map of Australia, so you can see what's on in your part of the country.
  6. Browse by organiser. The Organisers tab lists event organisers who have a profile on CrankMart.
  7. Open the event. The event page shows the start and end dates, location, distance or format, entry fee and a description. Use Share to send it to your riding mates, and ask questions in the Event discussion.
  8. Save it for later. Tap the heart or Save to keep an event on your shortlist. You'll need a free CrankMart account.
  9. Enter with the organiser. Tap Enter Now or Visit Official Event Website to go to the organiser's own site.

Before you enter: check with the organiser

Every event belongs to its organiser. Dates, courses, categories and entry fees can change, and some events sell out. Always confirm the details on the organiser's website before you book travel or time off, and enter directly with them.
